From the beginning, we clearly emphasized our priorities to a short-list group of reputable architects. Our objective was to impact the market with new ideas that differentiate our project from all possible competitors. Great attention was given to “privacy”, “comfort” and “uniqueness”. By making use of the natural variance of the existing contours we decided to carve the sloping land into stepping platforms of 3 to 4 meters high.
